Information you entered for membership registration, etc., is transferred to a separate database after the purpose is achieved (or stored in a separate filing cabinet if in paper form), kept for a certain period under our internal policy and other applicable laws (see retention and use period), and then destroyed.
Personal information moved to a separate database is not used for any purpose other than retention as required by law.
